Due dates and late payment
Invoices are issued one month prior to the payment deadline. Penalties will be charged for late
payment and non-payment of fees may lead to de-enrolment of a student.
All fees other than tuition fees are non-refundable; tuition fees can be refunded for full terms of
non-attendance only, irrespective of the date of withdrawal.
Due dates
Payments must be made on or before the due dates listed for each payment option
listed in this document.
Late payments
5 % charged per month on unpaid fees. Up to 5 days payment delay may be
granted without penalty with prior written agreement from the Finance office. If fees remain unpaid
for two (2) weeks the School reserves the right to disenrollment a student.
In the case of there being a waiting list for your child’s class, the place will be given to the first child
on that list.
Parents facing unexpected financial hardship may apply to the Finance office in writing for an
agreement to short-term variation of payment plan.
